Please let us know the size of the venue and how many guests you have invited so we only bring what is required. If you are having your event at a smaller more intimate venue there is nothing worse than a huge nightclub stuck in the corner. The quality of the sound and lighting is top notch.

Every Bride and Groom are different and every wedding is different. We like to tailor the entertainment to suit you. We will consult with you before taking your booking. A written quotation will be sent to you.

Projector, Screen and laptop hire available. Ideal to show pictures of the bride and groom as they were growing up or perhaps pictures of the hen and stag parties.

We can manage your rallies entertainment from set up of the bands and disco to announcing the bands, prizes, raffle and anything else you may have planned for the weekend.

 

We can provide:

• Full Stage Lighting for your bands (including Lighting Engineer)

• 7k (Program) PA (Not including Sound desk or engineer)

• Video Screens

• Lasers

 

We can arrange larger PA hire, recommend great bands and book them if you need us to.

* Normal running time is 7.30pm until 12am, if longer is required we will need prior notification and additional charges may apply. If a shorter length of time is required prices may not vary, but please call for a quote.

* Set up time is around 1 hour for the standard disco. Set up of stage lighting and Uplighting will take longer. Please ensure that we are able to get into the venue at least an hour or more before you would like your event to start.

* Motorcycle Rally Weekend price quoted per event please call for a quote.

Location - We are based in Evesham, Worcestershire and can travel any where in main land UK, however in some circumstances we may need to charge travelling expenses.

Remember its important to know that the disco you book has public liability insurance. Cellar Dwellers Mobile Discos have up to £5m of Public Liability Insurance.

If you are in doubt when booking a disco always ask to see the PLI certificate.
